First snow of the season!!

Today was the first real snow of the season...at least enough snow to play in!

We suited Allie up in the SAME snow suit that we bought her last year and it somehow seemed to fit!

When Brad and Allie emerged from her bedroom in this snowsuit...I couldn't help but burst out laughing...hysterically!

She was SOOO ready to go and play...and wear the new boots that Bana bought her!!
I love the look on kids faces when they see snow for the "first" time! Allie got to play in the snow last year, but I think at this age...they don't really remember! So this WAS like the first time she got to play in the snow!!

The snow here in Utah is almost always powdery...hence the great snow for skiing, but it doesn't make for good snowman building snow...so Brad and Allie made due...

And we didn't have the proper snowman face supplies...so I pulled out some veggies that we got in our produce box from Winder Farms...

It looks like an Alien Snowman...but you get the jist...

I really enjoyed watching Brad and Allie playing in the snow...watching those two play together making memories like this just warms my heart. I love life right now!!
