Happy Easter to our little bunny

We woke up this morning and Allie had no idea what was in store for her!

3 EASTER BASKETS? Really??

One from my mom...

One from Bana (basket supplied by us)...
And then one from us...Chickie from my friend Kelly that we recycled from last year. We didn't make our basket very big, since the girl had 2 other baskets with tons of Easter goodies!!

We stole...yes, I said stole...a balloon yesterday from Macy's when we went to visit the Easter Bunny. We waited in line and after back and forth yes and no's...Allie finally decided that she wanted nothing to do with that evil Easter Bunny sitting on the bench. He was, after all, bigger than her! So, we had a little distraction using the balloon and cartoons to divert her attention so we could sneak in the baskets.

Basket #1....Is that candy in those eggs?!

Oh, yes....jelly beans? More, peez...
More?

Basket #2 - who cares about the goodies in this basket? There's more eggs with candy!! Chocolate!!

Whew....there was a pretty big mess afterward and Allie and i were late for church! I had nursery this morning and I was running late...great!

So I didn't have much time to get Allie into her Easter Dress...and then after we made it to church - we were so busy that I only got a few pictures of her in her dress...and they weren't all that great!!!

And here's Allie and Libby. Libby is one of my favorite nursery babies! She's so mellow and so chill!

All in all, we had a great Easter Sunday. Brad came by church to pick up Allie so that she could have a nap. We'll be heading out for lunch soon when she wakes up!!
