This is the Place

Tonight we headed out without Bana and Kaiya.

So we thought we would have some dinner at Iggy's before beginning our Christmas festivities! This picture was taken with Allie's new "phone" which is an iPod Touch that she got for Christmas...no - I didn't buy her an iPod Touch...GE did!! Work gave me one and I thought..."This will keep her grubby little fingers off of MY phone!"

I know that I'm always complaining about how Allie looks like Brad...I finally see it in this picture...she maybe looks a little like me...maybe...a little...

We went to This is the Place Heritage Park which is an old timey type Village. It's ALL outside and it just happened to be FREEZING, so we didn't spend a lot of time there. It was awesome though...had it not been so cold, we would have spent more time looking around. I didn't take many photos...because...it was so cold!!! There was an actual train with wheels that went around the park...but for whatever reason, Allie was not interested in taking a ride. Maybe because it was so cold...but who knows! We warmed up by getting roped in to a puppet show that was....horrible. At least to us! The puppet's mouths didn't move when they spoke...the puppeteers had no clue what was going on....but Allie LOVED IT! Check out this expression...

And she talked about it for quite a bit afterward!

We soon left and headed back home...to warm up.
