Wandering Saturday

Today, we headed up to Park City to tool around for the day. Brad hasn't been up there, so we thought we would go to Main Street.

When we left, it wasn't that cold in the valley.

When we got to Park City (2000 ft higher in elevation) it was pretty cold with a bone chilling wind. Although Allie had her coat on, it wasn't enough. Her little nose and cheeks were bright red and her fingers were freezing. She was so bundled up with her coat that her arms stuck out and she couldn't move. She looked like a frozen baby!

We had a quick lunch on main street and then headed back. It was more than Allie could take as she passed out in the car!

The below photo was taken during the week as I was driving in to work. I love the mountains here and feel so lucky to be able to see them everyday. We have them on both the east and west side. I just wanted to show you how truly awesome and beautiful it is here...even on the way to work!!
