There was a time in our lives - and Allie, this is for you, when we looked forward to Friday night so we could start partying. We would close down the bars on both Friday and Saturday night every weekend.
These days, especially since we're in temporary housing, our Friday's look much different. To prepare for the weekend, we decided to get our laundry over with tonight. Laundry - what's the big deal? Laundry at the laundry mat - that's what the big deal is! I miss our washer and dryer! You take them for granted when you have them....
So funny story - we only planned on spending an hour or so at the laundry mat. BUT - we had one malfunctioning washer which took and hour to cycle and then - didn't even WASH the clothes! So, when the other clothes were dry...the one in this washer were just finishing being rewashed!
Needless to say, we had a restless baby on our hands!!!
But we kept her busy!
So after two LONG hours at the laundry mat - we are done for the weekend and can now really enjoy it!!:-)
