What in the heck is muacamole?
I've been making this snack for Allie (I've mentioned it in a previous post) with 1/2 avocado, 1/2 banana and 2 tbsp of yogurt. I've dubbed it muacamole because my mom can never remember what the avocado is called. She calls it....surprise....muacamole....I'm assuming she heard someone reference the avocado to GUACAMOLE, and this is just how her memory works...similar to mine!
Tonight, I asked Brad if we could head out for dinner, because I had an especially rough day at work...I needed a drink....so we headed to Mellow Mushroom with Allie and her muacamole!
She loves eating, in general, and is so fun to take out! I was trying to get her attention to get her picture and got a shocked look!
Tee-hee!!
After we fed her, we let her hold her own spoon...something that she has NEVER been able to do before just because we never thought about it. I never knew something so little could make a girl SO HAPPY!
