So - I am still undecided on how I want to proceed with this blog. I have gotten feedback from family members to keep it up, especially now that we are going to be moving out west to Utah. This blog keeps them up to speed with us as well as how much Allie has grown. And...to be honest...it is very therapeutic for me. Sometimes it is a bear (like when I have to pester my husband to send me a daily picture...) but for the most part, I look forward to blogging about Allie! She is the center of my world, so it's easy to write about her. As I've reflected back on the MANY posts...I am so glad that I did this. At any time, I can pull up the blog and watch her grow all over again. This year has seriously just flown by...in the blink of an eye! So - the jury is still out on what I want to do with this blog. I do enjoy it. We'll see.
In the craziness that ensued Allie's birthday, I dropped my duties as an aunt. My nephew, Cameron, turned the big 1-8 and I forgot. Geez - I know. Seriously...I forgot. Sorry, Cameron. Happy Birthday, buddy! Last year, I told myself, "Hey, this will be easy, Allie and Cameron only have a few days between each other for birthdays!" And then, look what I go and do. **Sigh**
This isn't the greatest picture, but it's kinda funny nonetheless. Allie woke up today with the worst bedhead at my mom's.
