Before Allie was born, we were torn on buying things for her. With a previous miscarriage and then a scare at 12 weeks with her, we didn't want to get too far ahead of ourselves.
The first article of clothing that Brad ever bought for her was a surprise for me when I got it in the mail on some random day while carrying Allie in my belly. When I opened it up, I couldn't help but smile ear to ear. The fact that my husband was able to find something for his unborn baby girl that helped him connect with her made my day...so much so that I had to go out and buy one for Corey and Jill for baby Mason, who arrived after Allie later on in October! His was obviously blue!!!
I realized that she was finally big enough to wear it!!!
