We left early this morning to head back to Tennessee for a little visiting.
Each year, my mom puts new flowers on my younger brother's gravesite - at his birthday, and the time that he died.
Our birthdays are coming up in a few weeks. My younger brother's birthday is April 2, my birthday is April 9 and my older brother's birthday is April 16 - all exactly one week apart from each other. Birthdays were always a group event for us siblings, so I feel obligated to help mom in her endeavor to keep up the flower tradition.
This was Allie's second time traveling back to Tennessee and the first trip during Christmas, Allie was so small that she slept the entire trip. I was a little worried that this time around, since she was older, she wouldn't be as good on the 5 hour trip...she proved me wrong yet once again! She might be the best baby in the whole world!!
