From the Day 95 post - Allie was starting to really hold her head up. When I got home from work, my mom showed me some photos that she took earlier that day. She has been putting Allie on her tummy more and more helping her build up those much needed muscles to lift that heavy noggin up!!! I almost cried when I saw these pictures - partly because she is growing up so fast and partly because I wasn't the one that has been watching her actually hold her head up. I have to rely on pictures. I'm so afraid that I'm going to come home one day and my mom is going to say, "She said her first word today...'Mammaw'" or "She started crawling today!" I know that I am very fortunate to have my mom watching Allie and can take photos and give me reports on her rather than a daycare - but it still makes me sad!
When Brad got home, mom put Allie on her belly to show us and we were both surprised at how well she can lift it! I was so shocked to see how excited Brad got! It was so awesome to see her daddy get excited!! He doesn't get excited about much - so knowing that the little things make him excited when it comes to Allie makes my heart smile!
