I was exhausted today...but then again, I can't think of a day that I haven't been exhausted! Brad and I lazily got out and about in town today and when I got back, I forgot to get some of the baby essentials that we were out of. I headed to Wal-Mart with my mom since she was headed out anyway and we left Allie at home with Daddy. It was successful in that I think Allie and her daddy have officially bonded and there's no more crying...well not a lot of crying, anyway!
When we got back, Allie was intently listening to her daddy play the guitar to her!
Anyhow - I showed my mom the Bumbo chair at Wal-Mart and told her I wanted to get it for Allie in the next few weeks...she said, "Why don't you get it now?" Hmm - why don't I get it now? I'm not used to just buying things without thinking about it long and hard first....well....I don't use a lot of brain power when I'm at Buy Buy Baby...things just tend to jump in my cart. But since we were at Wal-Mart...I had to think about it....there WAS NO good reason I shouldn't buy it.
As soon as we got home - I plopped Allie in it hoping that I didn't buy it prematurely....
