Day 99 - Dinner and a movie

Finally decided that I could make it through a movie today! We headed out for a late lunch / early dinner and then did a little shopping with the whole clan - Allie gets the good baby award AGAIN! I'm telling you - this kid does better in public than she does at home! She has a hard time napping during the day, or should I say, stay napping - especially since her Mammaw picks her up at the slightest sound of unhappiness! Anyhow - she is able to get plenty of zzz's when she's out and about! Before Brad dropped my mom and me off at the theater, he wanted me to squeeze in a quick feeding so he wouldn't need to worry about it. Luckily - Buy Buy Baby is right next door to the theater and we were able to stop by.

As I was changing Allie - I went through 3 diapers in a matter of seconds...how?

Diaper #1 - original wet diaper that needed changing

Diaper #2 - fresh diaper that wasn't even closed before she decided to pee again! Luckily, the diaper was on and pretty much closed before she started!

Diaper #3 - second fresh diaper that was in the process of being tucked under her butt when she decided to pee again! This time, there was no catching it and she peed everywhere! I had to hurry and pick her up while she peed - so picture me holding a baby that is naked from the waist down while she's peeing and then baby starts to giggle and laugh! Oh - it was crazy!!!

Allie and her daddy still haven't been getting along that well - she definitely still prefers me or Mammaw, but she is slowly starting to warm up to him. Sometimes he'll have a hard time with her when it's just the two of them - she'll fuss and cry. But if Mammaw or I am holding Allie and Brad walks into the room, she can't take her eyes off of him! I caught this cute little moment of Brad playing for Allie - he does this from time to time and she loves to watch him!
