My mom and I went to church this morning, leaving Brad and Allie home together for a few hours. We were pleasantly surprised when we came home and the house was....quiet! Allie and Brad had their first happy day together...with absolutely no crying! Yea!!! Brad has been feeling pretty confused...and down and out because Allie would always cry when it was just the two of them.
When we got home, we quickly prepped the baby (fed her, changed her, etc) and went out to eat. Here's a cute little hoody she had on...I didn't realize it had ears on it until today! She's worn in several times...I just never put the hood on her head!
She, again, was an absolute angel - even when we were in the grocery store afterward!
We got home and hunkered down for the night - we had a bit of a laugh fest as my mom, Allie and I played with the Photo Booth app on the Mac...we were all crying we were laughing so hard...even Allie!
All was well with the world and then we went to put Allie down for the night...more hysterical crying. My mom finally ended up rocking her to sleep for 30 minutes - I am hoping that all this weird crying before she goes to sleep is because we've strayed from her normal weekday schedule. We'll keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow night.
