Day 76 - Allie meets the Gideon side

We headed to Brad's father's house for Christmas with Gammaw and the Gideon's. Every year, there are two celebrations in Maryville - one with the Gideon side (Brad's father's side of the family) and one with the immediate Gideon family. This year, we were short a few people and had a nice little get together with Uncle Steve, Aunt Gayle, cousin Stephanie and her little bundle, Kylie, and of course Gammaw!

Allie started out chipper as ever, but slowly lost her cool as she was passed from one person to the other. I enjoyed the baby passing as it freed my hands up! I also just like seeing how tiny she looks with other people...Gammaw, Uncle Steve, and Brad's father, Keith! She did good for the first part of the evening, but by the end, she was ready to sleep and started to get an attitude!

Once everyone left, we were able to add Allie's little (I mean big) foot to Nana's collection of prints from the grandkids....Allie was a bit tickle-ish with the paint brush on her feet!!!



All in all - it was a pretty darn successful first Christmas celebration - this was officially Allie's first Christmas party! She scored some cool toys, some sentimental gifts and books! What a great way to kick of Christmas!!
