My darling Allie's first Christmas - I will never forget it. That's why I am blogging about it - I have a horrible memory! I have a hard time remembering things from the past 10 years with Brad...but I'm sure I won't forget this one!
We had a morning of meeting Allie's cousin, Cameron and his girlfriend, Ariel. We had to wait until her daddy decided to wake up (around noon) so that we could open gifts. Second Christmas party - a hit! She got clothes, clothes and more clothes, in addition to a nice cozy blanket from her Uncle John and some shoes from her mammaw! My mom is convinced that Allie needs the high top shoes to "straighten" her feet out - Forrest Gump...what did you do to my mom?!
It was pretty fun for me to sit back and watch Cameron and John talk and make funny faces at Allie...I guess guys will always have a soft spot for babies!!!
And Allie didn't quite know what to think of her new friend, Michelle. Silly hat and all - I think they'll probably become best friends!
I realize now that I didn't take quite that many pictures today - I was so absorbed in Allie's big Christmas day that I just didn't pick up the camera. I will definitely have to take more pictures tomorrow...
