Day 16 - Sleep, sleep and more sleep

Wow - oh wow...

I spent the entire day almost asleep...

It's funny how when you're pregnant the last few weeks, you can hardly sleep...and then the first few weeks after the baby arrives, you can hardly get enough sleep. I honestly don't know how people do this without help! Luckily, my mom is here and pretty much took Allie for the day to let me sleep.

Last night, Brad decided to take the evening shift. I fell asleep before he made it to bed. When I woke up - my mom and I found the baby gas medication with the lid off, dirty diaper in the floor...it looked like he had a tough time that night...and after he woke up - he verified he had a pretty rough night. He'd put her down and she'd fuss...so he ended up propping her up and falling asleep on the couch with her and finally put her down around 1:30 am. I can only think that she's got reflux - as long as she's propped up - she's fine. As soon as she lays flat - you can hear the gurgle...

We both caught up on our sleep today though...thanks to Mamma-san!
