Day 304 - Saturday mornings

I love Saturday mornings. I love sneaking in to Allie's room around 5:00 or 6:00 am and smuggling her into our bed so that when she wakes up, she is already warm and comfy in between Brad and me. We'll watch a few cartoons and play before we get up to start the day. I love playing with her in our bedroom - not quite sure why...but I just do.

We piddle around the house in the mornings, most Saturdays, but since the house is on the market, we had some things to do. Kyle and Logan came over bright and early to help Brad repair our fence. In return, they got breakfast. Doesn't seem like a fair trade, but they went for it! And...they all got a little male bonding in!

Allie and I got to hang out a bit before her afternoon nap since we were heading over to the Lannom's later...and I got to play with my new toy...a Nikon D300 that I just purchased (thanks Ashah!) Love Allie's faces!

We had a lot of fun hanging out with Kyle, Jennifer, Logan and Grayson! Grayson has grown leaps and bounds since the last time we saw him. I'll be heading over there next week to do some photographs for them.

And, when we finally realized that we needed to leave since there was no way Allie was going to sleep at their house, we stuck Allie in her crib and she passed out in no time. Allie usually falls asleep with her bottle tightly tucked under her arm like a little milk alcoholic. By the time I came back into her nursery with the camera, she had moved. I'll get it one day!
